Sweaty Mamilates is a great way to keep active during pregnancy. The workout is specifically designed to support your body pre-natally. You can keep it low to begin with and it’s lots of fun too.

Are you pregnant or a new mom or dad? Are you interested in giving your baby the best start in life? This online friendly and informal session is delivered by one of our Early Years Specialist teachers and aims to: Raise your awareness of why talking to your child from bump onwards is very important Increase your knowledge of speech language and communication norms / development Provide ideas of how to support language development at home with everyday interactions. We'll post out to you a Making Talking Fun handbook, which will give you even more ideas on how you support your baby's early language skills.
