Splash and Chat
6 weeks of FREE splash time fun with your little one, and then once you are dry get together with some of the other parents for a chat. This session is aimed at parents/carers and their child. We have hired the swimming pool so you can spend some time splashing and having fun with your little one.

Breastfeeding Antenatal Workshop
This virtual breastfeeding antenatal workshop is a FREE 2 hour course available to any Sandwell parents and is hosted by the Breastfeeding network Sandwell peer support team. The session covers key points on how to breastfeed your baby, responsive feeding for both mum and baby, baby’s feeding cues, composition of breastmilk, baby’s stomach sizes at different ages and what to expect about baby’s wet and dirty nappies Click find out more to view the next available workshop

This is a great introduction to reading and talking with your child. Each sessions involves activities surrounding a key book which you can then take home and keep. These sessions are funding by the National Literacy Trust.

Play Talk Read Sessions are interactive sessions for parents and their children under the age of 4. The sessions are led by a qualified early childhood professional who will provide parents with information and strategies on how to promote their child's language, literacy, and social-emotional development through play. Come and join this FREE six work course. Sweaty Mamilates is low impact sessions for pre-natal women. The focus is on effective posture, tone, strength & simply taking a moment for yourself. Sweaty Mamilates is a great way to keep active during pregnancy. The workout is specifically designed to support your body pre-natally. You can keep it low to begin with and it’s lots of fun too.

Changes Antenatal
If you are expecting a child and live in Sandwell, you can attend a FREE antenatal course. Changes Antenatal is being delivered across Sandwell to help parents-to-be prepare for the birth of their new baby. The course has everything you need to prepare for labour and the arrival of your baby. These courses are being delivered face-to-face or as virtual sessions over Teams.
