Aquanatal classes are a fabulous activity for moms-to-be. They are expertly designed programmes that take a holistic approach to an expectant moms’ physical and mental well-being, combining relaxation with cardiovascular exercises to help prepare the body for birth. Junior Baggies

The Albion Foundation is delighted to welcome players to it's Junior Baggies Sessions. Using the WBA brand, the coaches will support children to develop physical FUNdamentals and players’ basic football skills. Children can expect to take part in fun activities that will develop a love for the game of football at an early age. The aim is to create a positive learning environment that will put a smile on the children's faces. There will be lots of learning through play.

Born to Move - moving to music

Created exclusively for young children, BORN TO MOVE Early Years is focused on supporting imaginative, exploratory movement that’s fun and full of energy. Designed to nurture a life-long love of physical activity, BORN TO MOVE™ helps children experience the joy and vitality of moving to music.

Paediatric First Aid

Sandwell Adult and Family Learning will lead this 2 hour course. This free course is for Sandwell's expectant or new parents only and provides an introduction on how to manage minor wounds, choking, CPR for babies and the recovery position. Click find out more to find the next available workshop.

Breastfeeding Antenatal Workshop

This virtual breastfeeding antenatal workshop is a FREE 2 hour course available to any Sandwell parents and is hosted by the Breastfeeding network Sandwell peer support team. The session covers key points on how to breastfeed your baby, responsive feeding for both mum and baby, baby’s feeding cues, composition of breastmilk, baby’s stomach sizes at different ages and what to expect about baby’s wet and dirty nappies Click find out more to view the next available workshop

First Words Together

This is a great introduction to reading and talking with your child. Each sessions involves activities surrounding a key book which you can then take home and keep. These sessions are funding by the National Literacy Trust.
