Breastfeeding Antenatal Workshop

This virtual breastfeeding antenatal workshop is a FREE 2 hour course available to any Sandwell parents and is hosted by the Breastfeeding network Sandwell peer support team. Come and join this FREE six work course. Sweaty Mamilates is low impact sessions for pre-natal women. The focus is on effective posture, tone, strength & simply taking a moment for yourself. Sweaty Mamilates is a great way to keep active during pregnancy. The workout is specifically designed to support your body pre-natally. You can keep it low to begin with and it’s lots of fun too.
