It can be confusing to know where to start, what to feed your little one and know if your little one is ready to move to solid food. We are here to help.

Sandwell's Changes programme are offering FREE workshops delivered by the friendly and knowledgeable Community Nursery Nurses, who work as part of Sandwell's Health Visiting Team.
